Leslie looked so cute in her short wedding dress and adorable red shoes, and Dan was very sharp in his dad’s vintage suit. You wouldn’t even know it by how perfectly everything went, but Leslie had to have emergency back surgery the week before her wedding, and the wedding almost got delayed! She was such an amazing trooper through the whole thing! Their wedding was at the Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn and was decorated with a combination of their two passions: sailing and travelling. Their placecard table was a vintage map of the world with an old telescope, compass, and sextant and sailboat placecard holders. Each place setting at the reception had a post card for the guests to fill out with their wedding wishes and then put in an old mailbox for the bride and groom. During the ceremony, they wrote their own vows, and after reading his, Dan tried to kiss Leslie before they were pronounced man and wife. Everyone laughed, and it was so cute! You could tell how badly he wanted to kiss her during the whole ceremony!
