Katie and Terry’s wedding took place in the Capitol Park in downtown Sacramento. It made for a really great mix of urban and nature details, and the capitol building itself was a great backdrop for the day. Katie’s dress had beautiful flower details on the skirt, and it fit perfectly with trees and flowers at the park. After the ceremony, we walked through the park with the two of them, stopping at all the cool little places we had scouted out earlier in the day. Then it was off to Mulvaney’s (a restaurant that Katie and Terry really like) a few blocks down from the park for their reception. Mulvaney’s is built from an old firehouse, and Katie decorated the reception with books, doorknobs, and other little details that looked super cute in the vintage setting there.
