We’ve driven through Donner Lake a million times, but never really stopped to check it out, so we were really excited when Jamie and Tyler suggested it as a spot for their engagement pics. We started off at Tyler’s family’s house down on the lake itself, which had a cute little dock perfectly situated for pics out on the water. Then we drove up Donner Pass Road to a spot that Jamie and Tyler knew about that had a gorgeous view of the lake! It was just the right kind of cloudy to make for some amazing shots in among the huge rocks that were all along the side of the road!
