We love fall weddings! The colors are always so gorgeous, and Amy and Derek couldn’t have picked a more perfect fall day for their wedding! Amy and Derek had such a romantic rustic wedding!
Bre and Myles’ ceremony took place at Redwood Grove Amphitheater at the UC Berkeley Botantical Garden. The amphitheater is an absolutely beautiful spot with redwood trees completely surrounding the stage where their ceremony took place! It also made for the perfect place for their pics after the ceremony. The light coming through the branches was so romantic, and we loved the trails and stairs that wound through all the trees. Bre looked gorgeous in her strapless gown and Myles looked quite handsome in his grey suite. For their reception they headed over to the Brazilian Room, which is nearby in Tilden Regional Park. We loved how Bre and Myles continued the redwood theme in their reception as well with fun tree decorations including adorable little placeholders that looked like little tree stumps.

SHARETWEETPINEMAILWe have been wanting to shoot at Sugar Pine Point since we first visited the park, so we were super excited when Lindsay and Niles wanted to do their engagement pics there. The park has everything that we love about Lake Tahoe: gorgeous trees, beautiful views of the lake, rocks in the water, cute little buildings, and piers! We absolutely loved Lindsay’s adorable sun dresses, which went perfectly with the beach and the light in the trees!

There was a big oak tree on a hill that was perfect for pictures! We loved Christy’s long green skirt and Chris looked handsome in his suit and tie! Christy later wore her wedding dress, which was a cute, short, ivory dress.

We always are a little more weather cautious this time of year, but Lauren and Joe’s wedding had perfect weather. We absolutely loved the way Lauren’s dress bustled with her bow in the back. It was perfect for their walking away kissing shot!
