Sam’s vintage wedding went perfectly with the history museum!

We absolutely love shooting in the oak trees and fields in our hometown of Red Bluff! For Sydney and Austin’s session, we did their pics at Sydney’s family’s property just before sunset. If you recognize the barn, that’s because it’s totally the same one as Elisa and Robby’s wedding. They also have the greatest dry creek bed at the back of the property where the trees and the light combine to make the most gorgeous spot for sunset shots!

Since their engagement session we’ve been hoping to see Dixie again! She was as adorable as ever and must have grown easily triple the size she was the last time we saw her. Katelyn picked the perfect dress and setting for her rustic vineyard wedding, and we couldn’t be happier for the three of them!

THIS IS AWESOME!!! Can’t wait to see all the photos! Thanks guys for an amazing event- you guys ROCK
Sarah and John’s wedding took place at Manzanita Place in Chico, and it was such a gorgeous day! The ceremony took place on the lawn behind the main building where they have a beautiful walking path with trees lining each side. In addition to making for great shots down the path, the trees also create the most gorgeous light for pics into the sun! Sarah wore a crystal-embroidered dress with chiffon layering, while John and the wedding party wore red and black. We absolutely loved how they used chiffon draping to line the walls and ceiling of the main hall during the reception, which combined perfectly with the uplighting to provide a warm setting for dinner and the dancing!
