Here’s the wedding highlight video we put together for Michelle and Brent! The song is All the Pennies by Mindy Gledhill.
Teresa and Rick were actually friends of our couple Ashley and Gary, so when they were in California for their anniversary they had us come over to Healdsburg for a fun little portrait session with them. We started off at Dry Creek General store, which in addition to being really cute, has really yummy sandwiches! After that we headed over to Lambert Bridge winery, where they had a private wine tasting.

Lake Tahoe is always such a beautiful place for pictures! You can basically go anywhere and find absolutely gorgeous backdrops to shoot! Aimee and Robert got ready with all their family and friends at a cabin they rented in South Lake, and the trees around the house were so great that we decided to do their first look and a bunch of their portraits right there. Their ceremony and reception took place at the Lake Tahoe Golf Course where they had the whole reception room set up with the cutest baseball-themed centerpieces. Robert and his groomsmen also each got Louisville Sluggers to go with the theme, and naturally we had to have them pose like cool-guys with their bats and the mountains in the background!

Daina and Stephen’s wedding took place at The Palms in Chico. They had so many special little touches for their wedding, including a cute little Chico sign that Daina’s dad got for them since they met in Chico. The backlights at the Palms always make for really great reception shots, so we couldn’t resist having the two of them pose for just a few more pics during the reception!

Danielle and Bret’s wedding took place at a family friend’s house in Sacramento. Some of the nicest weddings we have ever been to have been backyard weddings, and it is so much fun to see the army of family and friends that our brides and grooms always have helping them get everything ready for their big day! Their friends had goats and chickens on their property, and the goats were especially interested in the pics we were taking with Danielle and Bret. All the shots you see below next to the wooden building were actually in the goat pen, and we had to have people warding off the goats the whole time we were shooting in there! What you can’t see in the pics is that right below the lens in some of their shots there is a goat trying to sniff and/or eat our cameras!
